Terms of service
Using this site
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to buy, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Products and prices
We describe our product as accurately as we can. Photos show the seat in typical settings and the heat glow is shown for illustration. Prices are in US dollars and may change. We can cancel any order and refund it, for example after a pricing error.
Safe use
Follow the safety notes on the product page and in the box. The seat heats up to 130°F. Don't use it if you can't feel heat or can't turn it off yourself, don't leave it on unattended, and keep the USB connection dry. A USB power bank is needed and isn't included.
Returns
Our return and refund policy is part of these terms.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
