Try your Emberseat for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it isn't for you, email hello@get-ryze.ai with your order number and we'll refund what you paid for the seat.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email hello@get-ryze.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We reply with the next steps. If we ask you to send the seat back, we give you the return address and you ship it in its original condition.
3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your seat arrives damaged, stops working or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as you can. We can cancel an order until it has shipped.
